Glen joined The Lodge at Valley Ridge in January 2022, bringing a rich background in hospitality and a deep commitment to exceptional service. With a strong focus on aligning service delivery with resident expectations, Glen believes in the importance of feedback and collaboration to ensure residents remain at the heart of every decision. Prior to joining The Lodge, he held leadership roles at the Fairmont Jasper Park Lodge, The Westin, The Palliser Hotel, and the Calgary Stampede, where he gained experience delivering world class hospitality. A graduate of SAIT’s Hotel & Restaurant Administration program, Glen has also pursued advanced practical training, including a Food & Beverage University program in Chicago. He enjoys spending time with his family, exploring Calgary’s dynamic culinary scene, and dabbling in nature photography.
